FixiBharat Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("FixiBharat", "we", "our", or "us") is dedicated to protecting the privacy and personal data of our customers, clients, and skilled trade partners ("Workers" or "Partners"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, share, and protect your information when you access our web platform and native mobile applications (FixiBharat: Book Services and FixiBharat Partner App).
2. Information We Collect
We collect information necessary to provide on-demand hyperlocal service fulfillment:
- Personal Profile Data: Full Name, 10-digit Indian Mobile Number, Email Address, and Home Service Addresses.
- Government Identity Proof (Workers Only): Government Aadhaar ID, trade certificates, and profile photograph for mandatory biometric verification and safety audit.
- Precise Location Data (GPS): Real-time device location when the app is active to enable live tracking of arriving technicians on map interfaces (Ola Maps / Google Maps).
- Transaction & Payment Details: UPI IDs, transaction reference IDs, and payout logs (card numbers and banking passwords are never stored on our servers).
- Device & Communication Data: Device model, OS version, push notification tokens, and in-app chat/call metadata for customer-worker coordination.
3. App Permissions Disclosure (Google Play Compliance)
Our native mobile applications request the following permissions strictly for app functionality:
• Location (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION): Used to calculate distance and show the technician’s live en-route progress to the customer.
• Camera & Storage: Used by workers to capture and upload Aadhaar ID proof and work-completion photos.
• Phone & Calls (CALL_PHONE): Enables 1-tap in-app masked telephone calls between homeowner and assigned technician.
• Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used for instant order status alerts, OTP verification codes, and daily payout notifications.
4. Data Security & Storage
All personal data transmitted between your device and FixiBharat servers is protected using industry-grade 256-bit SSL encryption. We employ strict access controls, database row-level security (RLS), and periodic cybersecurity audits to prevent unauthorized data access, loss, or misuse.
5. User Rights & Account Deletion
You maintain full ownership of your personal information. You can review, update, or request permanent deletion of your profile, order history, and personal data at any time by navigating to Profile > Delete Account in the mobile app or by writing directly to our Grievance Officer at privacy@fixibharat.com.
